Refund Policy
At 602 Essentials, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused
- In good condition
- In their original packaging where possible
- In resellable condition
Due to the nature of pet products, items that have been used by pets, damaged, altered, or are not in resellable condition are not eligible for return unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
Opened or used pet chew toys, lick mats, grooming products, feeding accessories, and other pet items that have come into direct contact with pets are not eligible for return unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@602essentials.com within 15 days of receiving your order.
Please include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your return request.
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees for approved returns.
Alternative Solutions
To save time and avoid unnecessary return shipping costs, we may offer alternative solutions such as partial refunds, replacements, or store credit instead of requiring a physical return.
This is especially helpful for lower-value items where return shipping costs may exceed the product value.
Damages, Defective Items, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@602essentials.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will review the issue and offer a reasonable solution, which may include a replacement, refund, partial refund, or store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival:
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered
- Items not in resellable condition
- Opened or used pet chew toys
- Opened or used lick mats
- Opened or used grooming products
- Opened or used feeding accessories
- Any pet product that has come into direct contact with a pet
- Clearance or final sale items, if clearly marked as final sale on the product page
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please place a new order after your return request is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank, credit card provider, or payment service provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
